According to a proposal attached to a statement from the Minister of State for Work and Pensions, until April 2017: (1) the rates for Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay, Statutory Adoption Pay and Statutory Shared Parental Pay will all remain at their current level of £139.58 per week; (2) the rate for Maternity Allowance will remain at £139.58 per week; and (3) the rate for Statutory Sick Pay will remain at £88.45 per week.
