The amending statutory instrument, which sets out the revised minimum wage rates and accommodation offset rate that will take effect on 1 October 2012, has been made. The rates remain as previously announced in March 2012. These regulations also make minor amendments relating to (a) apprenticeship schemes and (b) charges by educational establishments to student workers in respect of accommodation.
