Article summary
An Employment Judge was entitled to order disclosure by a third party of judgments and interlocutory orders relating to equal pay cases of a similar type to those being litigated by the claimants. The third party, Birmingham City Council, had been the claimants’ employer prior to their employment being TUPE 2006 transferred to their new employer, who is the respondent to the claims.
