The Court of Appeal has refused permission to appeal in the case of Page and others v Financial Conduct Authority [2022] UKUT 124 (TCC). Applications were made for permission to appeal and a stay of execution following the decision of the Upper Tribunal, however the Court of Appeal has now confirmed that the case was refused on paper on 26 October 2022.
