It has been necessary to amend various Practice Notes and templates due to the National Crime Agency (NCA) becoming operational on 7 October 2013, marking the end of the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA). These amendments affect a range of documents from various parts of this service. We’ve also taken this opportunity to incorporate new material from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) into our Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing subtopic.
