Ministry of Justice publishes quarterly tribunal statistics for July to September 2025

The Ministry of Justice has published official statistics on tribunal cases for July to September 2025, covering the type and volume of cases received, disposed of and outstanding across tribunal jurisdictions. The quarterly report includes statistics on Gender Recognition Certificates applied for and granted by HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) Gender Recognition Panel during the period. Additionally, the publication contains a statistical notice on Detained Immigration Appeals, annual statistics for the Employment Appeal Tribunal for 2024/25, and annual statistics for the Special Education Needs and Disability Tribunal for the academic year 2024/25. The statistics were published on 11 December 2025 and are available in multiple formats including accessible versions for users of assistive technology.
