Home Office sets out details for its sponsor licence priority service

The Home Office has provided further details of its priority processing service for sponsor licence applications. From 12 November 2020, sponsor applicants must email the Home Office a request form, which will be provided to them, together with other details on the optional service, on submission of their sponsor licence application. The Home Office will accept the first ten applications per day. Successful applicants will receive an email requesting payment of the additional fee and setting out supporting documents. The Home Office aims to make a decision within ten working days, which will begin from the date the priority fee payment is made.
