The Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, has announced that all travel corridors with the UK have been suspended, to prevent the spread of new variants of coronavirus (COVID-19) into the UK, such as those first identified in South America, and to protect residents from as yet unidentified strains. The new measures will be reviewed on Monday 15 February 2021.
