This consisted of a telephone survey with 50 Skilled Worker visa holders and 50 employer sponsors and forms part of wider evaluation by the Home Office on all points-based immigration routes providing important early insight into the decision-making process for workers who have migrated using the route and for employers to recruit skilled migrant workers through the new Skilled Worker migration route.
