The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), in collaboration with members of the government’s Flexible Working Taskforce, has launched new guidance for employers on hybrid working. The new guidance supplements Acas’s advice on hybrid working published on 13 July 2021. The guidance concentrates on key areas of people management, inclusion and fairness, health, safety and wellbeing, and recruitment and induction.
