36 Power to let or sell land used for agriculture

Persons having power to lease land for agriculture for a limited term may lease land to a council for the purposes of allotments for a term not exceeding 35 years, with or without certain rights of renewal; and the like powers of leasing may be exercised in relation to land of the Duchy of Cornwall1. A tenant for life may make a grant in fee simple or a lease of settled land for the purposes of the Small Holdings and Allotments Acts for a nominal price or rent,
