38 Content of a compulsory hiring order

The compulsory hiring order must determine the terms and conditions of hiring, other than the rent1. An order may provide for the continuance of any existing easement, or the creation of any new easement over the land acquired. If the owner of the land so requires, the order must provide for the creation of new easements reasonably necessary to secure the continued use and enjoyment of rights over the land.
