16 Rules as to letting of allotments

Rules in regard to the letting of allotments may be made by the local authority providing the allotments1. Rules for the time being in force under the statutory power are binding on all persons; and the authority must cause the rules to be made known from time to time, in such manner as the authority thinks fit, to all persons interested, and must cause a copy to be given gratis to any inhabitant of the district or parish demanding the same2.
