32 Grants

Councils1 may make grants or advances to an allotment society, or guarantee advances made to it, and may also let to the society accommodation for the storage or sale of goods2. The Secretary of State or the Welsh Minister, with Treasury consent, may make grants to a society having as one of its objects the promotion of co-operation in connection with the cultivation of allotments3.
