12 Use of schools for allotment meetings

Any room in a county or voluntary primary or secondary school in respect of which a grant is made out of money provided by Parliament may, except while the room is being used for educational purposes, be used free of charge (but on condition of making good any damage and payment of expenses incurred) for the purpose of the Allotments Acts 1908–1950, subject to certain consents and on giving notice1, for the purpose of holding public meetings to discuss any question relating to allotments2.
