13 Improvement of land acquired for allotments

Land acquired1 for allotments may be improved and adapted by a council2, which may also erect and adapt buildings on it, subject to the restrictions that not more than one dwelling house may be erected for occupation with any one allotment, and that no dwelling house may be erected for occupation with any allotment of less than 0.405 hectares3.
