Career development

Career development is a key part of attracting, retaining and developing talent within law firms. Clear and well-supported career pathways help individuals understand how they can progress within the organisation while also supporting the firm’s wider strategic and commercial goals. Firms are increasingly recognising that career progression does not always follow a traditional route to partnership and that alternative pathways, including innovation, legal operations and leadership roles, can offer equally valuable opportunities.
