Family analysis: The President of the Family Division, Sir Andrew McFarlane, has announced a reporting pilot in three designated family judge areas in England and Wales, namely Cardiff, Leeds and Carlisle, which have been chosen to ensure a representative mix for sampling and evaluation and a mix of rural and urban communities. The pilot will run from January 2023 to January 2024.
