Some aspects of the Family Procedure Rules 2010 (FPR 2010) have been modified temporarily during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. FPR 2010, PD 36Q (Pilot provision: modification of Practice Direction 12B—Coronavirus) has been issued to temporarily modify FPR 2010, PD 12B (Child Arrangements Programme) from 23 April 2020 until 31 March 2021 (as extended from the original expiry date of 30 October 2020).
