Tracker overview

This Listing Rules (LR) tracker contains a summary of historic changes to provisions in the previous Listing Rules sourcebook as well as related legislative and regulatory developments, guidance and updates. On 29 July 2024, the Listing Rules sourcebook was revoked and the UK Listing Rules sourcebook came into effect.The tracker also contains links to consultation papers, policy statements, practical guidance and notices issued by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (and the Financial Services Authority (FSA) before it).
