Law360: A Delaware federal judge has granted Starman Hotel Holdings LLC permission to request documents from UK-based company Travelodge as the management company challenges a luxury Casablanca hotel’s US$60m International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitral award in a contract dispute, ruling that the information may be relevant. The request will be made by letter of request pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters (the Hague Convention).
