The European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and the European Standards Organisations (ESOs), including the European Committee for Standardisation, European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardisation and European Telecommunications Standards Institute, have held their seventh annual joint conference. The hybrid conference focused on ‘European Standardisation in support of the EU cybersecurity legislation’. The conference was organised around four panels discussing ongoing standardisation work and future requirements including the regional and international angles, the Cyber Resilience Act, the Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions in the Internal Market (or eIDAS) V2 and digital identities and an overview of EU cybersecurity legislation.
