While it is not the court's role to police the payment of arbitral awards, it will assist the successful party and facilitate as far as possible enforcement of judgments resulting from those awards. Where a losing party showed no inclination to pay money owed under an award, and it would not prejudice other creditors, the Court of Appeal ordered money paid into court by way of security to be paid directly to the successful party.
