Arbitration analysis: In advance of the next session of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group II: Arbitration and Conciliation/Dispute Settlement (the Working Group) in Vienna on 23–27 September 2019, the group has published draft provisions on expedited arbitration and responses to a questionnaire to arbitral institutions on the different roles undertaken by them in administering expedited arbitration.
