5.10 Arbitral institutions

In certain commercial fields, bodies have been set up to provide an arbitration framework with specialised rules of procedure, services and staff. Examples include the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the London Court of International Arbitration and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. If parties agree to refer any dispute to such a body, the form of referral clause drawn up by that body should be used.
