6.4.2 Personal delivery

‘Any such notice shall be deemed duly served, in the case of a notice delivered personally, at the time of delivery’

or where personal delivery to an office is envisaged:

‘Any such notice shall be deemed duly served if left at the address of the party receiving such notice as set out at the head of this agreement’

or (alternate form):

‘Any such notice shall be deemed to be given to and received by the addressee at the time the same is left at the address of or handed to a representative of the party to be served’.
