6.2.2 Personal delivery

If the parties are individuals rather than corporate bodies, then in appropriate circumstances (for example, where the parties are to work together on a project or in partnership), personal delivery should not be overlooked. To omit it may confusion as to whether due notice has in fact been given and as to the time of delivery (see below).

‘Any notice ... shall either be delivered personally or ...’1
