6.3 Addresses

The parties should state their correct and current addresses. For notices sent by post, this will usually be the address of the party set out at the beginning of the agreement, but the agreement should provide for the possibility of a change of address as follows:

‘... to the address of the party receiving such notice as set out at the head of this agreement or as notified between the parties for the purpose of this clause’.

Communication by electronic means should be:

‘... to the correct [facsimile number or] electronic mail address of the addressee’

Preferably, these addresses should be stated
