7.3.2 Using continuous paragraphs

Where continuous paragraphs are used, the defined word is followed immediately by its definition, for example:

the Assets means the assets referred to in clause [number]

the Business means the business of [description of business] carried on by the Vendor at the Transfer Date including (where the context admits) the Assets

Completion means the performance by the Parties of their respective obligations under clause [number]
