59 Advertising land and terms of letting

Before letting land as a smallholding, every smallholdings authority must, once in any year1 during which any smallholding on its smallholding estate becomes available for letting, cause a notice to be published in at least one newspaper circulating substantially outside its area; such notice describing the location and types of smallholdings on its estate or available for letting, and setting out the requirements to be fulfilled by tenants2.
