75 Succession on death

The succession provisions of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 do not apply to land held by a smallholdings authority (or by the Secretary of State or the Welsh Minister) for the purposes of smallholdings within the meaning of the Agriculture Act 1970 Part III, whether the tenancy was granted before or after the commencement of Part III of the 1970 Act1.
