Pensions analysis: The Pensions Ombudsman in the determination of Mr David Brackley (PO-5688) has rejected a complaint that trustees unreasonably delayed the payment of a transfer value. As the trustees were attempting to resolve issues associated with equalisation and the correct method of revaluation, it meant that there were good reasons justifying the delay.
