Arbitration analysis: This case involved a judicial management application by a creditor against a debtor. The debtor, relying on an arbitration clause in the loan agreement, sought a stay or dismissal of the application, arguing that the parties had agreed to resolve any dispute by way of arbitration. The Singapore High Court dismissed the debtor’s application.
