The Loan Market Association has published a joint environmental, social and governance (ESG) disclosure guide for company advisers alongside the European Leveraged Finance Association (ELFA). The guide was put together by a working group of experienced professionals in the legal and banking industries to outline the optimum strategy for integration of ESG information within continuing company reporting and offering materials. The guide builds on the topics covered in the ESG workshop in November 2020.
