The School of International Arbitration, Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) has published a report entitled '2020 QMUL-CCIAG Survey: Investors' Perceptions of ISDS' (the Report). The Report considers investors' experiences and perceptions of investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) and the current reform agenda in this area. The Report is based in significant part on data obtained from a survey conducted in November and December 2019, and was prepared by QMUL with the support of the Corporate Counsel International Arbitration Group (CCIAG).
