HCPC seeks views on draft Corporate Strategy

The Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) has, in recognition of the impact coronavirus (COVID-19) has had on the health and care sector, published a draft Corporate Strategy on how it intends to work in the coming years. The HCPC explained that the draft strategy ‘seeks to ensure we uphold the highest standards in the professions we regulate; protecting the public and inspiring their confidence’. Alongside the draft strategy, the HCPC is asking for comment from stakeholders including registrants, employers, educators, service users, carers and members of the public so that they can have a say ‘in the future direction of the HCPC’. The consultation closes on 2 November 2020.
