FIFA has published the second edition of the CAS and football annual report. The report reflects the activities of the Court of Arbitration (CAS) in football related disputes from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, with a focus on appeals filed against FIFA decisions in 2023. During the reporting period, 431 appeals were filed before CAS against FIFA decisions, which is about 1.2% of the 37,000 decisions taken by FIFA and FIFA bodies. There were also 136 total decisions received by FIFA in which it was a party.
