The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has announced it has secured the conviction of Anna Machkevitch, the director of ALM Services UK Ltd, for failing to supply documents required by the SFO, contrary to Section 2(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1987, in connection with the Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation investigation. The trial took place at Hendon magistrates court. Machkevitch was ordered to pay a fine of £800, a victim surcharge of £181 and the SFO’s full costs.
