MLex has reported that an unidentified company has been fined €1,225 by Luxembourg's Data Protection Authority (DPA) for violating Articles 5.1(c) and 13 of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR). Following the investigation, the DPA found that the company used a video surveillance system and installed a geo-location device in a vehicle used by its employees to transport valuable goods.
