The Competition and Market Authority (CMA) has published advice around the creation of a code of conduct for online platforms and their users in partnership with Ofcom. The advice follows on from a request from the Digital Secretary to the Digital Markets Unit (DMU) in April 2021 to investigate how a code of conduct would govern the relationships between online platforms and content providers.
