Are there any specific requirements for execution of a share subscription agreement by a corporate nominee shareholder?
There are no specific legal requirements in relation to execution by nominee shareholders. However, in the case of a corporate nominee, it should execute the agreement in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 requirements for execution of contracts by companies.
