255 Matters referred to statutory arbitration

Provision is made in the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 for the determination by arbitration of certain questions arising during the currency of the tenancy of an agricultural holding1. Also, any claim of whatever nature by the landlord or the tenant against the other, being a claim arising under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 or any custom or agreement and on or out of the termination of the tenancy of the whole or part of the holding, must, subject to the provisions as to notice of claims2 and settlement
