265 First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and Agricultural Land Tribunal

On 1 July 2013, the Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013 (SI 2013/1036) came into force, transferring the Agricultural Land Tribunal in England into a new two-tier tribunal structure created by the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007. The functions of the Agricultural Land Tribunal in England (but not Wales) were transferred to the Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal. In Wales, the Agricultural Land Tribunal continues to operate.

On 1 July 2013, the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) Rules 2013 (SI 2013/1169) also came into force.
