269 Case management

In England, the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) has the power to regulate its own procedure1and may give directions at any time in relation to the conduct or disposal of proceedings, including a direction amending, suspending or setting aside an earlier direction2. In addition, the tribunal has particular case management powers listed in the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) Rules 20133.
