271 Evidence

In addition to extensive case management powers1, the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in England also has wide powers to give directions with regards to disclosure, evidence and submissions2. Where the parties are permitted or required to provide expert evidence by the tribunal, that expert evidence must be provided in accordance with the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) Rules 2013, as supplemented by the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) (Agricultural Land and Drainage) Practice Statement 20133.

The tribunal has power to summon any person to attend a hearing as a witness, to answer
