268 Withdrawal of case or part of case

In England, a party may give notice of the withdrawal of its case, or any part of it either orally at a hearing or by sending or delivering to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) a written notice of withdrawal1. The written notice of withdrawal must contain the prescribed information2.
