Information Law analysis: The High Court considered an application for summary judgment relating to claims for defamation, breach of the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA 1998) and for malicious falsehood arising from a number of videos published by Mr Sambhi aimed at promoting a competing product. Having considered the evidence before it, the court allowed summary judgment on all three claims, and granted a final injunction.
