The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) has strengthened its powers to regulate registered pharmacies. For the first time, it gives the GPhC powers to publish inspection reports and it brings about a number of changes to the GPhC’s enforcement powers for pharmacies failing to meet the standards for registered pharmacies.
