The Climate Contract Playbook is a collection of contracts and model laws designed to combat climate change, drafted by lawyers from across the world. The new additions include model clauses for use in corporate transactions, such as M&A and investment transactions, commercial clauses for supply agreements, green boilerplate clauses, and construction procurement clauses.
