The Loan Market Association (LMA) has announced that it plans to launch its document automation service—LMA.Automate, in early 2021. LMA.Automate will be a secure, cloud-based subscription service that will give users with an end to end platform with an emphasis on the automation of LMA template documents but with the functionality to provide for the whole document drafting lifecycle. In addition, the platform will have the functionality to extend to an on-platform negotiation and execution tool.
